We brought Bella home to Sydney a few months ago and she has settled in beautifully. From our first enquiry, everything felt warm, organised and genuine. We received regular updates before collection, and Bella arrived confident, healthy and full of personality. We also appreciated the follow-up support once she was home. It really felt like we were dealing with people who cared where their puppies were going.
We were looking for a small family companion and wanted plenty of guidance before committing. Our Cavoodle Charlie has been such a lovely fit for our home in Newcastle. He came home with clear records, had obviously been well handled, and settled in quickly with our kids. The communication was thoughtful and honest throughout. We would have happily waited for another colour if needed, but in every other way the experience was excellent.
We are based in Brisbane, so we arranged delivery and appreciated being kept updated the whole way through. Daisy arrived calm, clean and clearly well cared for. She has a beautiful nature and settled into our routine faster than we expected. Travel took a little longer than first estimated, but the communication was reassuring and we always knew how she was going.
Milo came to us in Wollongong and the whole handover felt very smooth. He was playful, affectionate and had clearly been well socialised before coming home. The health paperwork was easy to follow, and the settling-in advice helped us through those first few nights. He has brought so much happiness to our household already.

Even after she came home, we could still reach out with questions, which meant a lot.

The breeder shared practical advice about feeding, toilet training and the first vet visit, which made us feel much more prepared. We collected our little Mini Cavoodle Poppy from the Central Coast and the experience felt calm from start to finish. We never felt rushed, and every question about feeding, grooming and settling in was answered clearly. Poppy came home bright, affectionate and already comfortable with household noise, which made her first week with us much easier.
